There will be short lectures on the sensory appreciation of the color and sensory aspect of wine while we taste four wines each afternoon. The artistic aspects of winemaking and the sensory pleasures of wine will be discussed as we taste and talk about the similarities of the artist and the winemaker. Each session will have some interesting snacks to accompany the wines.
